Idle Awhile Resort

The property was amazing! It was like living in a tropical rain forest! The staff was unbelievable and accommodating. The location to the beach was out of this world! One tip, bring cash...because you’re gonna want to tip everyone!

Idle Awhile is a beautiful, well-maintained resort well-suited for a couple, group of friends or family looking for an intimate experience. The suites are gorgeous. The staff is warm, helpful and professional at all times.

The staff was amazing!! Place was gorgeous. I loved that i walked from my room directly onto the beach. Food was also excellent.

I love the staff very welcoming but there are no amenities at all its just a room and the beach. The bar is there but not the best hotelnto be during covid because its no entertainment or even a pool. I this its over priced for what you get.

Highly recommend this resort! The staff is so wonderful, they are very helpful and genuinely nice. The security made us feel extra taken care of, they made sure we were safe at all times, made sure we were happy and were nice to talk to. Such a quiet and beautiful resort, if you’re looking for something like this, look no further. Stay here!

Idle awhile is a beautiful property located right on the beach. It couldn’t be more conveniently located. Mini mart across the street and chicken spot. The food at the bar is just ok for the price … I’d recommend venturing out for food. More bang for your buck and better food ! Tge fan didn’t work on our balcony which was a bummer but The rooms are beautiful and the staff is lovely. Would definitely return .
