Great place to stay, very clean and comfy, my husband and I realy like it. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Just a minor detail: the blankets were a little small.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was extremely bland—everything we tried tasted like cardboard. The hotel advertises a gym and a sauna, but both were very disappointing. The sauna must be reserved in 30-minute slots. We booked a session, but when we arrived, the previous guests refused to leave. To make matters worse, the staff informed us that the sauna only reaches around 35°C, which is far below the temperature of a proper sauna. The gym was equally disappointing: it was a small, stuffy room with no windows and virtually no equipment. Overall, the facilities did not match the hotel’s claims, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

Brak organizacji. Restauracja miała być czynna a okazało się że o 21.30 już kuchnia jest zamknięta. Śniadanie pierwszego dnia ,masakra. Parowki sine,jajka Stare,niesmaczne. Parking porażka niebylo gdzie zaparkować samochodu. Lozko w apartamencie bardzo twarde i niewygodne. 5 gwiazdek to napewno to nie jest,jak dla mnie to 3 gwiazdki.

It's a nice property overall, just not a five-star hotel at all. if you're ok with a decent 4*, go for it.

1. essentially no five-star amenities announced (i.e. theoretically they exist, but either they're currently closed, or it's off-season, or only open on given times and always fully booked), except maybe one sauna. 2. it's an old property which clearly was built in the style of heavy soviet luxury. it's well-maintained, but the air-conditioners, hairdryers, and all other equipment are from well back in the day. 3. you can hear every word of every conversation in all surrounding rooms, and even 1-2 rooms away. 4. the parking is small and often full, but at least when that happens they let you park the car wherever. 5. i have a impression the establishment is mostly used by ppl living in Kraków for friday and saturday drinking/loud partying. thats the vibe.

Дуже гарне місце. Велика і зелена територія, парковка без оплати, що в Кракові це дуже важливо. Привітний персонал.В номері чисто, зручне і велике ліжко, є вода у скляних пляшках. При нагоді будемо зупинятися тільки в цьому отелі.Дякую персоналу за роботу.
