USThe tv channel selection was outstanding.
The facility was rundown, corroded fixtures, torn bath towels,and dirty curtains. The room was not serviced during our two night stay. Ordered jerk chicken in restaurant and received baked chicken with jerk sauce and stale reheated festival bread.

USThe breakfast served was excellent. I had Callaloo and Saltfish with fried dumplings. Mom had the Baked beans with saltfish. I'd never had that before but was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful tastiness of it. All was seasoned very well. The wait times could be improved a little, but I understand since everything is made to order, fresh and hot. Our server was very hospitable towards us and kind. The ocean view rooms were marvelous. You could hear the waves . Where we stayed was quiet.

USWe liked the location of the sunset 1 and 2 villa/rooms, which were quite peaceful
The rooms were not very clean. There were cobwebs and spiders in the rooms and bathrooms. It is necessary for staff to clean the rooms daily even if the rooms are not booked. The shower curtain had mild drew on it .Once again,the facility is nice but is in need of proper house cleaning.the fan in the reception area was also filled with dust. First, impression is important. This is my 3rd time coming to your hotel and it's the first time that I had this experience and I was disappointed because I brought a guess with me. However, a little more attention to the cleaning and all will be good going forward.

JMGBKory was so incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we got there okay and had a good stay. The room was huge and perfect with the comfiest bed overlooking the sea! Would absolutely stay here again!
