I stayed at this hotel bc I am a general dentist from NY going to volunteer at the CT Mission of Mercy. This is a free dental clinic. I stayed here bc it was in close proximity to the event location. I had to bring my dog and requested by email the day of arrival and at the front desk when I arrived that I needed a late check out. The event was going until about 3 pm but I requested a check out of 2 pm bc my dog was there. The email and the girl that checked me in never made a note for the next day that I was checking out late. They also charged me $35 to check out late. I was there volunteering my time for the community and thought that you could also appreciate what I was doing and remove the late charge. I also believe that my fee was higher than what it said when I was booking. I would like a call back from a manager. Thank you. Dr. C. Catera

Loved the check-in and also enjoyed the casual dining in the restaurant/bar.

The pillows were a bit too lofty, and I would have preferred a flatter, more manageable pillow as a choice. This made it difficult to sleep. Sometimes these options are offered for preference. I also would have preferred real coffee made in single cup coffee pots. I don't care for instant coffee at all.

Very clean and staff excellent service.

Everything but the price. Expensive.

They seemed to be understaffed in the restaurant. The bartender was working her tail off in order to give good service to the customers in the evening. In the morning there was quite a wait even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
