Hotel Continental Genova

Wir haben ein Upgrade ins Grand Hotel nebenan bekommen. Dort gab es eine super schöne Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Blick über Genua. Das Hotel selbst wirkte wie aus einem alten Film. Es war sehr gepflegt. Das Hotel Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

er was een overvloedig ontbijt. Spijtig we waren afhankelijk van het personeel voor koffie of thee.

隣のSavoiaにアップグレードとのことでした。部屋はとても快適でしたが眺めが全くなく残念でした。Savoiaのフロントスタッフ皆さんとてもプロフェッショナルで親切でした。　朝食は種類が多いです。

The room was a good size, didn’t feel like you were in a box. However, I did not get any sleep as the bed was so hard my body ached. I put the quilt on mattress and slept with a throw but did not make a difference. The breakfast was very good in morning, good selection and coffee was fabulous. The welcoming staff was great, welcoming and helpful. The check out staff got unity when I said they can take the VAT off the hotel cost as it was a very difficult night. She wanted me to sign a form that basically went to authorities from what I understood. I asked for manager and she was unable to find them. Again I said take the VAT off my bill and she could forward that. Would not stay here again, nor recommend
