Canalta Hotel Brooks

It was lovely and clean, nice room, good location.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, beds very comfortable, kids loved the waterslide, excellent customer service

All went good except for when we requested just only 30mins late check out, we are all ready to go, my 5mos old baby was still sleeping I did not want her to be awaken and hoping to extend a bit so she won’t be grumpy, explained that to the reception. They did not allow us, so I had to wake her up one right away. I cancelled my booking to them the ff week. I dont ask for a late check out coz I understand they need to do the cleaning too, only that day. Just a thought of, some request sometimes are acceptable, and it’s not too much time I was asking.

Everything was pleasant

Nice, clean accommodations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Would definitely stay again
