The location was nice

The first room was full of black mold. It shouldn't have been rented out. The second room two working lights and tv did not work. There were also roaches in the room. Only stayed due to time

There was no one there where I arrived to give me my key, when I realized there was someone on a couch in the waiting room I woke them up to find out it was the employee who ended up lying to me and tell me that the system was down. I begged her to recheck the system and when she did, the system actually worked.

The employee being unprofessional and lying, the room smelled like cigarettes 🚬 the bathroom had dead bugs all over, the bed smelled so bad and the sheets were dirty with cigarette holes

nothing we paid and went to our room and it was supposedly smoke free and we could barely stand the smell. we didn’t even unpack or bother to get a refund we were just staying a night on our way through to Florida. it wasn’t clean and it stunk bad and there was. bad things going on outside which probably they cannot control. I wish them all well but business like that will lose people like us. we didn’t ask for refund we just left. they barely found our booking and that was an ordeal to. thanks but no thanks.
