The front desk staff very clearly one of the best I’ve seen in years , helpful and knowledgeable A special thank you to Mr. Jamal a great manager The breakfast was delicious and outstanding, great variety of foods . Located in a quiet area close to bus and tram stations just few minutes away from city center

The room service was not that great No soap, toothbrush and shower caps

bardzo słaba wentylacja w pokoju 111 gdzie nie ma możliwości otwarcia okna . system wentylacji nie wydajny , a na wyższych ustawieniach uciążliwie głośny , ogólnie za ciepło a tym samym ma się wrażenie że na korytarzu i w pokoju panuje zaduch .
