"Great Hotel excellent location with friendly staff"

We had a great Premium room. The Hotel staff were very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very extensive. The daily menu in the Restaurant looked inviting although we didn't use it as we were surrounded by sea food restaurants. Parking on site is a bonus as it can be difficult to find a parking space nearby.

Location is close to the beach. Great Breakfast and Dinner buffet. Onsite parking. The staff who helped during check-in was very friendly. Some other staff at the front desk were not so friendly. The entire staff at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nice and modern. Rooms also have the balcony with a view of the ocean, nice!!

"Excellent situation"

We had a week in the hotel with an excellent breakfast each morning and a very varied evening dinner on 4 days. The food was of an excellent quality with great staff. The outside pool was very well located. Also across the road you had an excellent prom for walking.

"3 night relax"

Large room, ample storage, comfortable bed, good WiFi, safe parking. Buffet breakfast and dinner excellent. The room 215 is dated and in need of some maintenance, balcony sliding door very difficult to open suspect collapsed roller, and entrance door to room groaned and squeaked when opened and closed must have been annoying to other room occupants. Noise easily heard from adjacent rooms.

"Nice hotel, but terrible location"

The hotel is really nice, room very comfortable, great buffet breakfast included and nice gym. The only problem is that the pool and jacuzzi are very cold. We couldnt get in the water. Additionally, if you are planning for some holiday, Motril is definitely a terrible destination. There is absolutely nothing and the beach is horrible.
