Location was convienent

Paid for a single room with a king size bed. Upon arriving was given the keys to a single room with two beds. We were told they changed it without asking because “they thought we wouldn’t want to stay in a pet friendly room”(even though that was the room selected and paid for). Upon request we were “upgraded” to a single room with a king size bed and a hot tub. The room was Unclean, dusty, had yellow stains on the bedding, and just overwhelmingly dirty. The shower and sink were partially clogged and wouldn’t drain properly. Half of the lights in the room, the fridge, and the tv didn’t have power to them and was met with attitude over trying to have a circuit breaker checked. Having just driven 16 hours and with all the hotels in the area being sold out due to a concert that was happening that weekend we ended up going to the local Sam’s club and bought all new bedding pillows and cleaning supplies for the bathroom and made do.

The whole place needs a facelift, but I'm sure the big company doesn't want to dish out the money. The carpet in the room was make-your-socks-gray dirty and it always felt...damp. The walls were dirty- finger marks, food, splatters in random places; the shower had scuzz, the bathroom floor was filthy (I wiped up water and the towel was gray). But thankfully the linens were clean. The pool area was okay, but there's a white build up in the pool on the tiles to the point that people scratched their names into it. Breakfast was good- typical sausages, eggs, cereal, DIY waffles, drinks. Overall, I would not stay here again because the rooms felt gross.

The location was good. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

The room was a little musty. There were hairs on the sheet on one side of the bed. The sheets felt quite thin and worn.
