Was there 4 days and never had room service . Had to ask for some clean towels 🤷‍♂️

Noise was outrageous, poor security doors to hotel left open all night , dirty room. I have been a member of booking.com for 14 yrs this is the worst Hotel Stay EVER.......

The staff was very nice. The value was decent.

The shower definitely needs updated. The lever to raise the shower head was broke. The mattress needs a full encasement not just a protector. The locks on the door need updated as I didn't feel it was completely secure. The room also had an old smell.

Property is an older property being renovated during my stay, bathroom had a short loosened toilet , old thin towels and old bathroom tubs sunk in the middle with mats in the tub I never saw anything like that before, but it was clean and the staff was fairly decent , breakfast was fairly decent quality. No microwave was in the room, but however it did work for my two nights that I spent there.

This staff was very friendly

It was very unclean. My mother, who is asthmatic and just went through chemotherapy was having a hard time breathing because there was a dampness in the room. I pulled the filters from the ac/heating Unit and they were disgusting. There's honestly way too much to list. Years and years ago, this place had a horrible reputation, but I decided to stay because the most recent reviews were very good. Either the reviews were left by people. They know, or these people have very low standards.

The person who checked us in was wonderful. The location was great.

Our room did not have any bath towels. When we called to get some, they were quickly delivered. When going to bed, we noticed several stains on the sheets. We called for new ones and were told she would bring them right up. We waited over 30 minutes and then went to the front desk. She told us "oh I forgot about that"
