Das ist kein 4 Sterne hotel. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, kein Wasser Kocher, kein Gesichts waschtuch, .....ist ok, aber nicht 4 Sterne

Breakfast and breakfast staff

The fact that all pool chairs are taken at 8am!!! People putting towels down and don’t come back until 10 or 11 am! (After breakfast) Should be handled better

We enjoyed the breakfast, the location was excellent, and the gym met our expectations. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We found a cockroach in our room on the second day of our stay, and then two more on the fourth day. The room was also quite dark. We reported the issue to the hotel, but they did not seem to take it seriously. Their response was limited to sending a cleaner and offering a €10 bottle of champagne as an apology. From our perspective, this suggests that the hotel may have a more widespread cockroach problem. For a hotel in this price range, this is simply unacceptable. We expected much higher standards of cleanliness and a more appropriate response to such a serious issue. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to others. We visit this destination regularly, but for our next trip we will choose a different hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, with Carmen's Eggs Benedict being top-notch, my boyfriend had 3 plates of them one day. Carmen was incredibly friendly, attentive, and paid great attention to detail, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service at the pool bar was also great, and the pool area was very enjoyable. We had a small issue while swimming, and the lifeguard was extremely kind, professional, and helpful in resolving it. Overall, it is great.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage

Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers... das WC befindet sich direkt vor dem Waschecken mit großem Spiegel, ist sehr niedrig eingebaut und die Tür ist auch aus Glas... Die Zimmertüren lassen das Ganglicht in der Nacht durchscheinen und sind nicht Lärmdämmend. Der Zigarettenrauch aus den unteren Stockwerken am Balkon ist nicht angenehm beim sitzen.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of issues. We found ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, we had requested a room with one king bed, but upon arrival, we were assigned a room with two twin beds instead. These issues did not ruin our experience, but they were inconveniences that could be improved.
