The apartments are spacious and great value for money, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

My room could have been cleaner, when I arrived there was lots of dirty handprints on the window and empty pistachio nut shells from the previous guest under the bed. This made me feel less comfortable than I would liked to have been. But aside from this everything was clean, and this was the only downside of my stay.

Just FYI parking is a $5 fee. Otherwise hotel was convenient, clean, safe.

Hotel was accommodating worked with what ever we need and provided good service

They need better irons and ironing boards. The water quality is poor, and the shower heads were old, and of poor quality. Elevators were very slow. The breakfast was great with a lot of options.

Didn’t like - Coffee stains on kitchen counter; issues at check-in- waiting extensive amount of time to check in due to “system down”; no one on site to help front desk staff.
