I really enjoyed the stay. The room was so big it was like an apartment. It had a small kitchen type area, the largest bathroom I had ever seen in a hotel room, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly. I loved everything about it.

I was very surprised at how empty the streets were but I asked a local policeman and he said it usually is. The streets were very clean. However like most big cities just be careful

Property was ok at best, complained about clogged bathroom sink that they never fixed, and they never came to clean our room! Besides this it was just ok!!

Check in was easy. Was in our room within 10 minutes. Very cool historical features throughout the hotel as well as updated rooms. Loved the scent in the main lobby area. Reminded my husband and I of Disney resorts. Close to many landmarks. We walked almost everywhere. Only downfall was parking fee. They have a parking ramp but wasn’t made aware of fees until we checked out.
