Marriott's Shadow Ridge I-The Villages

Charging $25 a day for parking and charging for getting your room cleaned and paying for towels is not what we signed up for. We always go to this hotel and we enjoy it every time, this time they hit us with the extra charges they decided to add which is always included when you book your stay in every single hotel we visited, and we travel alot. This is not ok. Now it’s the time to find another place.

No available restaurant at the hotel. The other 2 bar and grill close early.

As a single dad, the staff made it easy for me with my dad duties of a 2 year old toddler. I had certain needs and they accommodated us. It was an incredible experience.

I loved how easy is to move around using the shuttle, also the ample pool and activities options for the family to enjoy! The rooms are beautiful and clean.
