We’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn Toronto multiple times, and it continues to be our go-to whenever we’re in the area. One of the main reasons we keep coming back is the strong sense of safety—the property has visible cameras, secure access at night, and requires a key to enter, which gives us real peace of mind. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff—especially Dee at the front desk. She is incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. Her customer service is phenomenal. On one of our stays, she let us know about the option for a late checkout, which we didn’t even realize was available, and that made a big difference for us. She also thoughtfully offered us bottles of water before a long drive, which really showed how much she cares about guests. Every time we visit, we feel welcomed and comfortable—like we’re at home. The entire team is kind, respectful, and consistent in their service, which is why we continue to return, often with my best friend who travels a long way to stay here. Overall, this hotel delivers not just on comfort and security, but on genuine hospitality. Highly recommended. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
