This is a beautiful property in an excellent location of Oaxaca. It is nicely restored and thoughtfully and soulfully decorated with hand-picked regional antiques and artwork in the public areas. The small pool is an added bonus at the end of a hot day. The restaurant is very good and the staff work very hard. A lovely retreat. We actually booked a third night since we loved Oaxaca so much.

Both the rooms we were given (which we chose based on bed size) were inner facing with only small windows and little natural light. They were rather austerely furnished with modular built-in furniture, compared to many of the queen rooms that had larger windows and antique pieces. We had a problem with the lights in the room on the first night, resolved by the next day, but management should have offered a breakfast voucher or something for the inconvenience. On the whole I am glad I payed a reduced rate for the room through Booking as I feel the property is overpriced for Oaxaca. Breakfast and all catering are paid separately.

La ubicacion y el servicio de los meseros

Me cobraron por una mancha en la ropa de cama, ademas considero que fue un precio excesivo y nunca se me pregunto si estaba de acuerdo simplemente cobraron, se supone que el precio cobrado es para limpueza e incluye lavado de ropa de cama, muy mal delhotel tener esas politicas y no mencionarlas, asi decidiriamos si queremos o no hospedarnos ahi
