When i arrived i was informed the hotel had no rooms available apparently Expedia had forced my reservation in making them -1. The front person at Fairfield Inn was great and was able to get me into the partner hotel that was next door. Left in the morning for a ball game and came back to my room being stripped of linens. I let the front person at the coutyard know as she says those are their processes if no one is in the room and its checkout day. I was out from 8am to 10am and checkout wasn't until 12. Disappointed since it was my first time at a Coutyard.

The service after checkin was horrible. I tried to call the front desk 41 times, yes I said 41 times and no answer. I even call d using an outside line to get back to the front desk and they still didn’t answer. Thank goodness I wasn't having a heart attack or there was no break-in or I would have died.
