Fijne airco (het was die dag 40gr) en prima bed.

Geen parkeergelegenheid (staat wel als faciliteit genoemd…), geen bar, geen roomservice en karig ontbijt. Het ene Leonardo is het andere niet is wel duidelijk geworden.

"Two Separate Air Conditioning Problems During My Stay"

Bed, lamps.

I was assigned a room on the sunny side of the hotel during a heatwave. As a result, the room became very hot very quickly. I reported that the air conditioning was not effective enough to cool down such an overheated room. Unfortunately, I had to raise this issue several times before any action was taken. Eventually, I was moved to a different room. However, in the new room it was not possible to set the air conditioner to a temperature higher than 19°C, which made the room uncomfortably cold. I reported this issue through the hotel's chat as well, but I did not receive a response until the following day, after I had already checked out.
