Gorgeous historical building in downtown Winnipeg. Room was great. The shower head height was wonderful. The room service food was exceptional.

The bed was way too soft. Had to sleep in the middle of the bed. The right side sank too low. The bathroom was a bit dated. The tub should be replaced and the tiles in the bathroom are cracked in places. No blackout curtains.

Enjoyed the room service breakfasts. Homemade sourdough bread! Bed very comfortable. Didn’t eat in the Oval but the bar staff were exceptional!

My room was on the eighth floor. There’s a ballroom on the 7th floor. They had events in the ballroom on Friday and Saturday with very loud music playing till 12:30 am.

Walking distance to The Fork . Hotel is clean . Staff are nice . From our booking , room description says it has sofa bed but we never got it :( We were told that we have to ask for it :(
