The staff is friendly and hotel is comfortable.

I could not get hot water in the shower. I asked the front desk to adjust the valve in shower (since faucet did get hot) and it was not done. I had barely lukewarm showers for 2 days even after running the water fro 10 minutes. Not acceptable

We came at 4pm from a 6:30am flight that took at least 8 hours from our day on a Tuesday. There’s this guy who can’t read the wallet card on your phone so I’m not sure why they bother having one in the IHG app, so this person half heartedly checks us in. Their pen was even broken. What?! The guy didn’t even direct us to the elevator that works. Of the three, only one functions per day it seems and one was out of service. We were new at Staybridge, so we didn’t know there was no daily service. We only found out on our first day when we returned and the room was not serviced. The manager told us there was supposed to be a card with the card key, which of course the reservation guy conveniently omitted so we had no idea what their policies were. Apparently, you need to ask them to clean with 24 hour notice. So, we asked for at least mew towels and a TP. If need anything, you need to come down to reservation and pick them up yourself because nobody wants to show up at your door. That wasn’t the end of it. On the next day, the toilet clogged so we call them and it was 6:30am so they say can’t come to use a plunger. We had to pick up the plunger ourselves and try it but it didn’t work. My husband brings back the plunger and the front desk guy finally calls someone, which they could have done in the first place instead of making US do the plunging. Clogged toilets are emergencies unless they want a bigger mess to happen. The only redeeming factor is the decent breakfast. Thanks for the rude front desk people and the complete lack of customer service. Needless to say, first time here is the last time! Goodbye forever, Staybridge.

New carpet being installed when checked in...nice upgrade. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Self-service waffles were the only thing that tasted fresh. Oatmeal not replenished.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. It's a shame they don't offer healthier breakfast options, and I do wish they had a gym on site. But I found the lobby area and my room to be comfortable, spacious, and clean.

The hotel has updated the area where my suite is. The room is painted, has new carpet , new bar stools and new mattress. It was quiet and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast bar was well maintained and the food was good. The serving area and the dining area are spacious. My rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Unfortunately, my room smelled of food from the prior occupant and the water pressure was so high, it was difficult to take a shower. Only the spray pattern was adjustable. I communicated both issues to the front desk.
