"Not a good hotel"

Got to the hotel and tried to check in. Hotel could not find the reservation. Staff accused me of being in the wrong spot even though address and hotel matched. Took my phone from my hands and opened Hotels app to chat with customer service. After 20 minutes the staff member gave up and just made an on site reservation. When I finally got to my room, the recliner was broken, there were rodent holes in the sheets and the sink was clogged. The toiletries were already open and partially used and the bath had a ring of dirt in it. Overall, a slightly run down and dirty hotel with poor customer service.

Our rooms needed some updating and work. In one of our 2 rooms we killed 4 large spiders and concerned how many more we didn't see! Breakfast is a nice option. While we didn't expect the Ritz, we thought this property would be nicer than it was. We stayed here 3 years ago in a room on the opposite end which was nicer and bug free which is why we chose to stay here again but next time we will choose a different hotel. Front desk was great and check in was easy!

Property needs updating and spider removal! We stayed here 3 years ago and thought it was nice considering the price. Our rooms this time were on the other side and needed work! Front desk staff was great! We do not plan to stay here when we return.

Shower was broken. Smelled like pee. The toilet was not working correctly and would not work or continue to run. Would definitely not stay again or recommend.

Property was clean for a budget hotel! I had no complaints about the area! I would stay there again if you're looking for a place to get a good night's rest and keep moving on a trip

"No AC!"

The air conditioner didn't work in our room. We paid for a queen bed, but it was a double bed. My husband told the front desk about the AC and they didn't respond. The bathroom had no ventilation. We won't stay here again.

Pool is closed? I asked if it would open but couldn’t understand answer-sign saying closed was never removed (even when someone was swimming in it) Went to breakfast at 7…no bread, pastries, biscuits (to go with gravy)-no one tended to breakfast for the 30 mins we were there, someone asked at front desk, still didn’t see anything added. When you book because there is a “hot breakfast” and pool available and then neither is open/sufficient that’s bad…there were so many other options nearby, had it been advertised appropriately I could have made a more informed decision. There was a cockroach on our sink (so who knows how many there were ). Just yuck
