The hotel was ideally located for our needs and the staff were very professional. Parking was rather expensive but it is the same everywhere in the GTA What I must say is that the booking of our rooms was a nightmare. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights then we had to cancel one of the rooms for 1 night only. The lady on the phone did not speak very good English which resulted in her cancelling all of the rooms and then we had to re-book the 1room for 2 nights and 1 room for 1 night, however, much to our disgust the agent advised us that the original rooms were not available and we ended up having to pay more for upgraded rooms. Get people who can speak English please !!!! Regards. GRF

Staff are friendly and welcoming. As a Diamond member I appreciate the extra attention to details. A special note to Syd in the restaurant/bar as she makes it feel like coming home with her warm welcome and exceptional service. And also Orlando…very polite and welcoming. This type of service makes this a location of choice for me (personal and business travel)

The hotel was nice and clean. The personal very respectful and helpful. Room are very comfortable and clean. Le location was perfect. The atmosphere was exactly was I was looking for. The price was a reasonable. Room was pretty much noise free. Everything was according mine expectations. The amenities was really good
