Closeness to a station

I arrived at agreed time, told to wait 20 mins for cleaner to finish. After 20 mins I was told to go up, once I got to my room the cleaner was still there and made me wait another 40 mins. The room wasn’t clean, towels and sheets had stains

L'hôtel n'est pas loin des transports en commun (Metro 7, Bus 27, 83, Tram T3a) et d'une zone que l'on peut dire active et surtout fournie en restauration. (Paris 13eme). L'accueil très sympathique. La chambre fonctionnelle.

Une chaleur extrême dans la chambre, une obligation de faire tourner la climatisation qui malheureusement fait une bruit assez important, et sans oublier, une forte odeur de fumée de cigarette qui a envahi la chambre des 1:00 du matin. Il faut revoir le système d'antenne pour la télévision qui ne reçoit pas correctement la TNT, a l'air du TNT numérique. Il faudrait réviser la douche de la chambre 407, qui ne permet pas facilement de gérer le pommeau de douche. Alors, tout n'est pas forcément la faute de l'hôtel, c'est de l'usure d'usages. Mais pour un espace affiché à 3 étoiles, je m'attendais un peu à mieux. .

Starting from the cleanliness it's really bad, the room we got first which we had to change after we checked in the late night. The first impression was really bad with the staff where the person who came to the reception didn't even welcome us, where he just asked for the payment straight away and mentioned an upgrade of the room. To be honest he couldn't speak English well enough and he was rude. We came to the hotel around 22:15 (we have already mentioned our arrival time at the online booking and they were ok) hence it was a bad first impression of the hotel. Later when we went into the room after the check in the room was in bad shape (images and video attached). It was not clean, bad smell and then when we took a shower water was leaking from the side of the washroom. The commode was not cleaned, the shower was awful and the water spills outside all over the floor due to no door or shower curtain to close while you have a shower. The washroom floor was slippery (meaning they haven't used any cleaning agent to clean the floor). Next at around 12:30 am when we were about to sleep we plugged our phone chargers to the plug points where there was no power from those plug points. I tried to call the reception and guess what, the room phone is not working (no connection). I then had to go down all the way to the reception and wait until the person at the reception gets free as he was checking in a group of tourists at that time. After waiting for around 20 min then I explained the situation of the room where he gave me another key to a room on the 7th floor. We had to move all our stuff (alone, no help from staff) from the 4th floor to 7th floor (to 7th floor, there was no 🛗 lift. You have to go to the 6th floor and take the stairs). The power outlets were working but the status of the room was the same. The washroom was not up to the standard. The head shower was cracked and the second shower didn't work.
