Ramada by Wyndham Kingman

The room was small but adequate; appeared to have been recently updated. Pool area looked okay (we did not use it).

While the room had been updated the bathroom area had not. The exterior picture posted online was not this Ramada. This is a very old motel with paintings of old movie stars, etc. plastered all over it. The lobby and breakfast area need to be updated. Definitely not a welcoming feeling walking into either. Breakfast was sparse and not that good.

El hotel, cobró nuevamente mi reserva, 110 usd inicando que Booking no habia enviado la informacion con mi pago anticipado. Es primera vez que esto me ocurre en mas de 15 años reservando con Booking. Estaré pendiente que Booking, me retorne 105 usd, que ya habia pagado meses atras. La piscina estaba fuera de servicio

Housekeeping walked in on us TWICE 3 hours before our checkout!! 2 rapid knocks and opened the door. The key had to be in the door lock before she even knocked. It was only 9 and 9:20. Did t we pay for the room until 11 a checkout? The sink faucet leaked at the countertop level and got my makeup wet. The switch to the bathroom was filthy. When we checked out, I told the receptionist and she said she knew who had walked in on us. They have had problems with that employee before!!! Why is she still working there? The manager was too busy to talk with me but I was promised I would get a call that day. Crickets…. Called 2 others times and told the manager was busy but would definitely call me that day. Crickets again and again…. Called Booking.com and they tried to talk with the manager and was told she was busy so they sent an email and again Crickets… I finally made a formal complaint with Wyndham and still waiting to hear back. I would not recommend this hotel BUT the murals are beautiful!

Nostalgic Hollywood Celebrities Route 66 theme. Charming grounds , pet friendly. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. RV parking available.

Entire highway and road systems currently under construction through Kingman. Traffic is difficult.
