"The stay was ok as we were there for only a few hours but we would not stay here again."

The beds were comfortable.

The clean towels had obvious stains on them, open used soap from previous stay was still on the bathroom sink, the shampoo and conditioners in the shower were empty, and the water took 20-25 minutes to actually get to even warm.

"Waste of money, never again"

Location

I was not informed that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing— the waffle maker was out of order, there was no juice available, the muffins were extremely hard, and the sausage was cold in the middle. On top of that, our room had no remote. After being told one would be brought to us, three hours passed with no resolution, and we ultimately had to switch rooms. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning. at this point the hotel is just letting guess check in and collecting money.

Breakfast was okay! Great location for the untenanery

The bathroom looked to have been used ( not clean) The room had an unpleasant odor On Booking.com app, when booked stated pay on property. But instead chargedbmy card before arrival. Arrived and hour before check-in time.
