convenient, & close to all the main attractions. very easy check in and check out process great communication via text with staff regarding check in & check out maid service was remarkable & very thorough with our room cleanliness.

pool cleanliness could use some help! no breakfast offered (this isn't necessarily a deal breaker for next time stay.) pretty loud do to being very close to main road.

The location was good

The bed was so u comfortable it was hard to sleep. The mattress was sagging and squeaked terribly. Either it’s too old or idk what’s the problem. I booked one night and thought of the second one at first but after the ‘sleep’ I didn’t stay there longer

Honestly everything was great about this hotel. The location is perfect the price for what you pay is great the indoor swimming pool was well maintained the hot tub is very large the rooms overall were pretty clean the beds were very comfortable the linens were nice the air conditioner worked well there is a coffee machine in the front desk area that has multiple different beverage options I can't say enough good things about this place I will definitely stay again

There was one thing and one thing only. The floors were very dirty I'm not talking like a little bit of dirt and dust I'm saying that my family rented three separate rooms and each of us all seven would take showers and get out of the bathroom to walk on the floor and her feet were black with how dirty the floors are. I was assured that they swept and mopped before every guest however it's very hard to believe that.

Didn't feel like someone knowledgeable about travel, especially with children set up the rooms in this hotel. Two tiny garbage cans, not enough hooks to hang swimsuits, TVs were rough to turn on/few channels etc.

I stayed once before and it was lovely. This time I was highly disappointed with the entirely automated process foisting the hospitality experience on to the guest. Additionally, I was kept up all night by a noisy neighbor. The walls are paper thin. I actually considered sleeping in my car.
