Expedia was not accurate they did not all have hot tubs very misleading

I'm very disappointed I reserved a Jacuzzi room and they booked me for a standard room and pool was undergoing repairs no spa unset no refund

PLACE IS NICE, HOWEVER THE BED WAS A LITTLE TOO HARD FOR US. WHEN I BOOKED THE ROOM TRAVELOCITY ADVERTISE THE ROOM WHIT A PRIVATE HOT TUB, BUT WE DID'T GET THE HOT TUB. EMPLOYEE STATED THAT THE AD WAS WRONG. EMPLOYEES ARE PRETTY NICE.

I booked in Advance. I had no additional cash. When I arrived and after I had called to try to cancel due to transportation issues..the clerk on the phone said I could not receive any refund... When, I provided my I.D. and signed the paperwork, the clerk than requested a $50.00 deposit. I was extremely tired and I explained I did not have $50.00 for the deposit. She than told me to leave because she could not allow me into a room unless I paid the deposit. Please explain is that in the fine print of the serviced Booking.com offers? To have $50.00 for deposit?

I honestly can't explain the distraught rest of the story..

The first room they gave me was terrible it looked like someone got hurt in there and the wash clothes was dirty and I reported to the clerk so she changed my room to a more clean and comfortable room that made me feel a lot better

The rooms are very outdated and the wash clothes and towels are all dirty
