The front desk lady was really nice.

There was a dusty smell, it felt like a really old place. Run down and the tub was breaking apart.

Our rating is based on the smell in the elevator that traveled into the 2nd floor. Remote didnt work and had to get another.

Nothing, booking didn't cancel my stay but the short, blonde, white lady from the front door at night shift, say booking cancel my stay, but rn booking send me to review them like if I stay, this confirm booking never cancel, and after I ask the lady another option she said I had to pay 10 dlls from 3am- 3pm I answered her I was not gng to stay till 3pm, she said I had to pay even if I will not stay till 3pm. Worse service,

The front entrance was unattended when we arrived we had to wait more than 10 min, feel unsafe, we even had to call the hotel to someone come to attend us, nobody answer after several minuteabut a short, white, lady came with the worse attitude and was rude to us, saying sarcastic after see my id that Booking cancel unfortunately my stay but guess what in the morning booking send me to review you.
