I paid for a king bed suite with a balcony. What I got was a queen bed on the bottom floor. And when I checked in, booking.com listed my name in reverse so front desk had a heck of a time finding reservation (last name Jon; first name Rasmussen. Not a happy camper with service that I paid an additional $125 for room.

The convenience of the location.

Paying for parking. The breakfast was not good. In the 2 two bedroom suit one room was hotter than the other even with the temperature adjusted.
