"Great but for the bar"

Everything except the bar

The bar downstairs is TOO SLOW They don’t have enough people during the morning, which is the busiest time of the day There are only 2 people, which means it takes FOREVER to just get a coffee You need to change that!

This is Miami Beach so lots of activity going on so it's not a quiet area. Was fine for me for a work trip, 10 to 15 minute. Walk to convention center. If you have a car park across the street at the parking garage that is $20 a day. There are 3 near by but only 1 is $20 per day.
