Too noisy. The gym was too small. Fix the dryer in the laundry room.

There were not enough towels at the pool. The staff was unable to meet our needs.

The check in guy was robotic. Didn’t look at me at all, just his screen, but had time to talk to a colleague while processing me. The noise from the next room was so loud that it woke me at 3.00am and 4.00am. Shrieking and shouting. Not the sort of noises that one would want to confront, so earplugs were used.

I was very disappointed with our recent stay. Upon checking the room, I discovered a large yellow stain on the mattress box, which was extremely off-putting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. I took a photo as evidence—it was not something you'd expect in a professionally managed hotel. To make matters worse, my son was bitten by a mosquito while inside the room, which suggests poor pest control or gaps in room maintenance. This made the stay uncomfortable and concerning, especially for families. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness and room hygiene, as these are basic expectations for any hotel stay

Miami is always a great choice for celebrating a birthday, so my twin and I decided to do just that. We picked this location because it's so convenient being close to all the must-see spots. I really enjoyed the complimentary drink each day, the $29 food credit, and the two beach chairs. Plus, the beautiful pool terrace is so relaxing. I definitely look forward to staying here again! The staff provided excellent service all 4 days.
