"Bel hôtel et bien situé pour visiter Madrid"

Très bel hôtel, cosy, bien décoré et très bien situé ( au centre de tout: quartiers à visiter, restaurants, magasin, etc). En plus une station de métro est à côté de l'hôtel. Les agents de l'accueil sont très sympathiques. Très bonne literie et bouteille d'eau offerte avec la possibilité de prendre un café dans la chambre. Hôtel pas bruyant. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais il mériterait d'être plus varié surtout pour les clients logeant plusieurs nuits. Verres de Cava offert durant le séjour comme annoncé.

Nous avons été déçu par la chambre en terme de luminosité. Elle est était située au premier étage avec vue sur un tout petit patio intérieur très sombre. Donc nous n'avions aucune lumière naturelle et nous avions donc la lumière de la chambre constamment allumée en journée. On se serait cru la nuit, ce qui est regrettable d'autant plus que vous payez le même prix qu'une chambre avec vue sur rue.

Excellent hotel, excellent service, best location in Madrid, amazing attitude from all the staff. Especially Mara from the reception, thanks to her this hotel should get 5 stars and a rating of 10.

"Great location and great staff"

The location was very safe and walkable to many places. Hotel bar and the hotel restaurant were very good. Lobby is a great place to hang. Staff is so helpful!

Our AC thermometer was automatically set to a warm temperature and we could not adjust it to make it colder. I'm not sure if a warm room is the norm during winter in Madrid, but as an Asian person I wanted my room to still be cold 😅

The staff are amazing nice friendly and helpful. The location and ambiance is nice of the hotel

I am a regular customer and have noticed that the room cleaners make alot of noise while cleaning regardless the rooms nearby showing the DND sign . Also in couple of occasions they remove old towels and forget to give a replacement

"Well located on Via Gra with lots of shops and cafes close by. Not in the city centre but taxi there was fairly close."

The breakfast was very good (best to get it included in the room booking) Staff very helpful and friendly. Entrance area was attractive w books to read, a bar & you Cld order food in nice surroundings.

Although it was autumn, the air-conditioner was turned up too warm and we couldn’t adjust it. Woke up in the night very hot with the doona.

"A great stay in the heart of the city"

We really liked the property and its location near the city center. Comfortable room, nice common areas, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staff, convenient location. We really enjoyed our visit!
