Charlesmark Hotel

Le personnel est très agréable. La chambre est propre et le lit confortable. L'emplacement est vraiment au coeur de la ville, proche du subway et des transports.

Le table du petit déjeuner offert aurait pu être davantage fourni en céréales + lait. Merci pour le café et fruits :)

Price, location, and a quiet and decent room

The rooms are very small, but that's why the price is so good

The location was excellent.

I very rarely write any reviews, however on this occasion need to mention a few aspects, considering price of the stay. Complimentary coffee (no tea) comes from a flask with either a donut or croissant (no butter). No refreshments in the room. Towels changed daily, but no other room service performed. The $300 hold that was put on my Card for 'incidentals'. The room was OK, except one of the window blinds could not be adjusted as it was broken. The fridge was 6ft up on a shelf, so basically not really accessible. One bedside light was temperamental about coming on. Lighting in the bathroom is old and not great. And view out the window was poor.

…but the room was extremely small and completely worn out. Also the bed was small, definitely not for 2 people.
