"La peor experiencia que hemos tenido, muy mal manejo de los servicios."

Las habitaciones, amplias y limpias, gracias al equipo de ama de llaves.

No nos gustó el servicio de recepción, muy mala experiencia desde nuestra llegada, nos cambiaron a otro lugar que no habitamos reservado, y eso fue horrible, nos ubicamos en nuestra habitaciones pasado de las 6 de la tarde y estamos allí desde las 3 de la tarde. Llevamos personas mayores desde esa hora sin tomar ni agua y para colmo nos dan habitaciones en un tercer piso. La comida muy pobre, y para la cena teníamos que trasladarnos a otro restaurante, porque en el único restaurante a la carta que tienen no hacían reserva para grupo o por lo menos esa fue la excusa que nos dió la joven mal hablada que nos atendió. Nos dirigimos a guest service hacer una reservación el sábado y la joven nos hizo sentir como si fuéramos basura, una persona no acta para dar servicio al cliente.
