La comida y las atenciones del personal

Dificultades con el aire acondicionado y el agua en la habitación el primer día, aunque luego fueron resueltos. Hay que subir muchas escaleras.

El personal muy atento y la comida aunque no tenía casi variedad pero estaba buena.

El aire de la habitación no servía, ni el teléfono, y la habitación no tiene gabetas para colocar la ropa y tampoco cambiaron las toallas de la habitación.

"Pésimo servicio , pésima la comida , pésima las bebidas"

Estaba limpio

Solo tenías dos o tres cosas en cada comida y el pilón que se supone es un restaurant a la carta también , solo tenía 2 entradas disponibles de 3 y el plato fuerte 4 platos para elegir , las bebidas eran malísimas

El personal es lo único agradable y atento que tiene el hotel.

Las habitaciones eran un desastre en cuanto al aire, el agua llegaba sucia de la llave, se iba la luz a cada rato y cuando uno llamaba decían que estaban en arreglo pero nunca fue así y un lugar tan lindo y grande como para no tener disco ni en el área de bebidas, espero que mejoren porque se están cayendo a pedazos. Y a la hora del check in no duren tanto dando entradas para luego darnos un pan contado disque de snap.

"Es muy bueno en realidad pero deberían agg discoteca hasta más tarde con buena música y que esté todo los días"

Que no tenemos área donde escuchemos música dominicana y de nuestro gusto, si no tenemos el brazalete vip, solo los viernes en el casino tenemos buena música
