Staff was great, very helpful. The only problem was the washer and dryer are very selective in the quarters they accept…. The staff have no way to refund the washer or dryer but a great stay!

I booked for 5 people and got a room for 4 so one of us had to sleep on the floor. I'm traveling with my family and one of my children is ADA handicapped. This made for a challenging evening.

We arrived after the Sturgis SD motorcycle rally and I believe the resort was still recovering from the large influx of guests. Overall the property met our expectations, but really didn’t exceed them. The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly.
