"Frustrating, however bed was comfortable."

Bed was comfortable…room was clean

There was an opened sweetener packet in the paper coffee cup, so obviously that wasn’t checked when it was cleaned. Also, my three adult kids and two grandchildren (4 & 2) came to see me at the hotel, being charged $10 per person, including the little ones, to use the FREEZING pool in a cold pool area, was obnoxious. And then told that was for only 2 exact hours. Come on, really? The employees could dress a bit better while working. They looked like they just crawled out of bed. You can wear other things so one doesn’t look like they don’t care about their job. I guess I expected a lot more with the fancy name of the hotel. I probably won’t stay there again.

"It was safe, clean and as described."

Good location. Quiet. Safe.

Breakfast was not good. Room smelled stale when we arrived- but able to open the windows and let in fresh air which helped

"Clean, nice rooms, great service."

Close to everything and clean. Rooms are decent. Good value for the stay. Pool and hot tub were very nice, but pool was way too cold for us adults, yet the kids loved it. Might be better when its warmer out. No noise issues. Service was impeccable. Will definitely come back some day when in Pella.
