Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

I liked the location and the rooms, restaurant and staff.

I didn’t like that our A/C didn’t work and when we tried to get help we were basically blown off So we had a room temp of 75/78 all night and were so hot.

Clean and quiet. They have a on site restaurant. It’s right off the interstate but seemed to be a rough part of the city. There were fences around alot of the properties so stay alert if outside. We walked across the street and didn’t have any issues.

Buena localización , cerca del Centro histórico. Me pareció un hotel más antigo , la atención muy buena y tiene un buen restaurant . El desayuno muy bueno .

La regadera no tenía mucha presión y el agua no bajaba bien .

Propane leak and fire department blocked my car from entering secure parking. Attendant did not help steward

Customer service is lacking. When things go wrong, those in charge should handle them better. No hot water, no breakfast and no coffee. They just shrug their shoulders and acted like it was my problem, not theirs.

The restaurant was nice and convenient.

It was difficult to enter into after dark.

The location was great, easy off and on the interstate and very accommodating for our dog. There was a outlet dog potty areas with doggie bags and trash bins for easy disposal. Also loved and appreciated the fact that the entire parking area was fenced off. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend 👌
