"Jerk staff at Westgate. Donโ€™t stay here "

Do not use ski services or use this hotel. Called 3 times to get snowboard back from ski services, specifically told them we had a flight to catch. Zach told me on the 3rd call he would personally bring up snowboard. 1 hour later, still nothing. I personally had to go down to ski services and Zach was just standing there, and his only response, โ€œI couldnโ€™t find itโ€, literally as his co-worker handed me the board. โ€œOh, nevermind, there it isโ€, was his response. Complete jerk and lack of empathy for others who have flights to catch . Will never come back to this hotel. Staff are arrogant and disrespectful.

"Exceptional"

I had a great ski vacation. The location of the hotel could not be better for skiing. They have in house ski rental and gondola was in a short walking distance. All the amenities were open, we used the fitness center and the pool and out door hot tub. Everything looked clean and the staff wore masks all the time. I will definitely come again next year.

The resort needs to do a better job of cleaning, especially in the middle of a pandemic. The room was not cleaned properly. Belongings from the previous guests remained in the room, which tells me the room was not cleaned properly. The kitchens coffee maker had old coffee grounds from days before turned into mold. Stove was incredibly dirty from underneath creases. The furniture was full of dust, not being disinfected as we were told.

Close to lifts. Our room had a broken dishwasher and a toilet that didnโ€™t flush well. Room was poorly designed.

Property as a whole is beautiful. The unit worked great for our family. Front desk was not very helpful as they do not manage this unit.

"Dirty, dark and loud with a crap view. ENJOY!"

The unit should be taken off the market, it was embarrassing to show up their with my wife for a nice weekend, we left 8 hours after we checked in and went to another Hotel down the road. A major waste of time and money, shop around and you will find something worth your money that will make you happy. Although if you like construction and no view this is the room for you.

Itโ€™s a very nice hotel but the service was not good they didnโ€™t give a good sense of direction the house was not cleaned up that I also had my credit card copied somehow and made fraudulent charges on it and the only place I used my card was the hotel lobby and restaurant

The condo is owned by a second party. The toilet valve was broken, when I called the front desk to have it fixed was told to get ahold of the owner, they would fix it or authorize the maintenance to fix. Was also told that they donโ€™t do any of the house cleaning, owner also will do this. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, etc was only enough for one day. Booking through Expedia we had no idea of whom the owners are. Will not stay at this resort again if they cannot even call the owners about problems.

"Horrible service! "

Upon checking into the hotel, the representative in the drive-thru check-in sent us up to the Sundial Lodge and told us that our reservation was not for the Westgate. We drove all the way around to the Sundial Lodge, and the representative to at the Sundial Lodge told us that we were at the wrong location...This entire back and forth experience took almost an hour.... and she instructed us to drive back to the Westgate. It was incredibly inconvenient and super annoying since my 9-year-old had to use the bathroom and the representative at Westgate had no clue what she was doing. The direction that the representative told us to go to find our room was incorrect... We got lost and had to find someone to help us find our room. Super annoying. As we were checking out, we just wasted the last 48 minutes getting help from three different staff members as they were trying to direct us to the correct elevator and find our car. It was an absolute joke! We got three different answers from three different staff members on where to go to get to our car. We will never stay here again. It was an absolutely horrible experience, not because the location... or the amenities, the staff made the experience pretty much miserable. No one knew what they were doing...and we consistently got wrong information from staff members making our experience horrible. As we were leaving my kids asked if we could never stay here again.
