Excellent all around!

This was our second time staying at this hotel and our experience was the same as before, excellent! The service is great and workers are friendly.

I’ve rarely encountered staff that nice, polite and sweet, I felt very welcomed and absolutely loved the room and amenities

The condo unit was as nice as any I've ever stayed in. Very spacious, VERY comfortable bed, good A/C, well-stocked kitchen...just really nice accommodations. Oh, and the staff were all very nice.

The property was very clean and homey. No trace of rodents nor bugs. The pool was clean. The room we stayed was clean

Clean and quiet.

The front desk upon checkin wasn't helpful and didn't go out of their way to get early checkin. Requests upon booking were not met.

The staff was fantastic all throughout my stay. The property was spotless. Although the decor is a little dated, it's much more updated than the pictures shown on RCI. I would stay at this property again.
