Great location and wonderful facilities. Bar, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and gym. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast options. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Would recommend.

Immaculately clean and well taken care of entire property including individual rooms. Friendly staff always greeting guests. Wonderful variety at breakfast, and well taken care of service stations. Very willing to help any way they can to make your stay memorable. Loved the security in place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is perfect to start your day. It's a quiet and beautiful place with a view of marshland and the bay. It's not far from the Cape Cod -Hyannis ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

My husband and I loved staying at this hotel, the room was standard, but the outside area was wonderful. We went to this area for a dinner train ride and when we returned to the hotel the outside fire pits were going with hotel guests sitting around chatting. The salt marsh was pretty with multiple species of birds including swans. We would love to stay here again.

"Ok but wouldn’t stay again"

Breakfast was nice with a variety to choose Room had a fusty smell but clean and comfortable Pool was good but hot tub not in use

The doors slamming shut at all times of night as people came in and out as we were right next to the entrance/exit door. Very noisy when people left the bar People smoking right outside our window We did nearly check out the same night but it was getting to late to find another hotel
