Hotel Santika Gresik

Second time to stay, all good. clean, new comfortable. good location near main roads and shopping centre is next door.

Nice new & very clean hotel in a good easy access location

This time I stayed for 1 month. Breakfast was more to local spread. Cleanliness was good. Plus point is that the shopping centre is next to the hotel where I can most necessities including some medication with supermarket at the basement. Numerous fast food with Indonesia, Japanes & Chinese eating place. Recommend a good convenient place to stay.

we stayed for one night, my parents come from other province. we find it as comfy place to rest and gather around also there is access directly to the malls so we could get all we need easily from the hotel

As I have to leave at 5.30 am for an early flight, my needed early take away breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent and never expected the variety provided. Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel location next to the shopping center allows me to pick up some basic necessities and choose between, Japanese, Chinese and several fast food restaurant for my meals with a supermarket at the basement.

Understand it was 3 months ago that this hotel was opened. As it is new, the cleanliness is excellent. A standard amenities for this price of hotel. Breakfast spread is for the locals and in that category it is good. There were numerous fruit flies found in the fruits and salad section. Found one took a swim in my glass of herbal juice. Rooms provide basic standard features with no hair dryer, room slipper width were very small, although I am medium built. The hotel is located beside a modern shopping center, therefore finding food is not an issue and basic necessary can be found at the shops if require. Generally location is good and convenient.

Great location, lgsg tembus ke icon mall gresik. Kamar dan toilet bagus dan bersih. Great new hotel and service. Cocok untuk bawa tamu expat. Breakfast has wide range of food. However my friend left her headset in the room, and it took half day to search for it (include the several back to back calling to the hotel). At first they said couldnt found it. After much complain, they finally called and said they have found the headset. Santika gresik need an improve on that.
