Homewood Suites by Hilton Chester

Great staff. We had a pleasant experience with the evening Front desk agent Shay (I don’t remember if that is how she spells her name), she was very friendly and assisted us with finding a place to eat during our later arrival. Kevin the manager was hospitable, and greeted everyone during breakfast. He handled a checkout issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently. We felt welcomed and the hotel room was clean and nice. He even took time to accompany my husband and I to the basketball court. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Shay, Kevin, Valerie, and the ladies who handles the hot breakfast. I will definitely stay again when traveling to the area again.

When we travel from FL to CT and back we always stay at this location as it is dog friendly and we have 2 little Pugs. There are plenty of areas to walk the dogs but also the hotel is very clean and beds comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast has a good variety. We like the suites as they have plenty of room.

I wish I could live here. Wonderful service and quick check in. Clean and efficient staff. Loving environment and a great area to shop and eat.

Our bathroom water was always cold we had a very old bathroom. Website stated cleaning services daily we did not receive that. The beds were very uncomfortable.

I had got rebooked through a 3rd party to this hotel and I enjoyed my stay I have no complaints It was clean and I had a king suit and it was the perfect size and had all I needed for my stay.

I was driving through on I-95 and needed the usual one-night stay for a weary traveler. I called from the road and Victor answered the phone. He was easy to talk to, and let me know he had a room available, confirming the price. When I arrived a short time later, Victor was there to help me check-in. He is a terrific employee of Homewood Suites and a pleasure to interact with as a guest. The breakfast is very good, the hotel is clean and the room are large. Thank you Victor, for being so friendly.

Location was wonderful, the staff is great, room is clean.

The pullout couch was uncomfortable but still manageable.

Great stay in Chester. Good location near I-95, Route 10 and US1. Wide variety of breakfast choices each morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. They asked me multiple times about the quality of my stay. I will stay here next year for my annual Virginia vacation!
