"Great Hotel"

Location: Homewood Suites Richmond-Chester Atmosphere: When entering the hotel, I noticed that the hotel grounds were well kept and free from any litter. Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and front desk area. We were greeted immediately and given our room key cards quickly without any hassle. Rooms: My family checked into a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable. Service: All staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I want to give a shout out to Ms. Tywanda Jackson. She was the staff member who prepared the breakfast. My family and I were very impressed with the variety of breakfast items served. Tywanda made sure hot foods were kept up to temperature and fully stocked for the entire breakfast. I have been to many hotels that offer complimentary breakfast but this by far was the best ever. I will definitely return to this hotel. Please inform Tywanda Jackson to keep up the good work. ~D. Great breakfast We came in from Cleveland, Detroit and Dominican Republic. Tawanda Jackson was the best. Great attitude but mostly a heart for God which shows in everything she does here and I imagine in her personal life as well. Thank her please
