Les installations de l'hôtel étais très bien, la salle de bain n'étais pas très pratique pour une famille très petites, la toilette étais a moitié bouché à notre arrivée, le bain présentais des traces de saleté, beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles de la chambre et salle de bain non identique au photo du site web.

when I checked in, I mentioned that I had inadvertently punch in a check out date one day later than my actual check out. I asked for it to be rectified. after contacting management and Expedia they decided that I could leave one day earlier but would not be reimbursed for the next day. that is what I qualify as double dipping. So, I believe that I am done using EXPEDIA. it is the second time in many years that I had to change something on a reservation and both time I got ripped me off by agency like Expedia.
