"Could have been better for that price."

Staff

Room was stuffy, toilet wouldn’t flush completely, sink wouldn’t drain almost at all. Description online said it was only 4 miles away from Mayo Clinic while it was 12 miles. Breakfast was very limited. Room next to us had door connected to ours, didn’t make us feel safe. Power was out for 2 hrs. Loud neighbors above and next to us. No Netflix or any source of entertainment other than boring tv channels with adds every 15 minutes.

Not right in the heart of town makes for a quiet, comfortable stay! Good breakfast bar in the morning! Friendly staff!

The drain the the bathtub did not hold water for more than a few minutes unfortunately.

"It was a clean, relaxing stay with no issues."

Everything was clean and check in was quick and efficient. I had no problems getting a good night rest after a long day of driving. The clerk was very sweet and even though the previous customer gave her a hard time, she was very professional with us.

It was clean and everybody was friendly.

There were no blow dryers in the room. It's so common to have blow dryers in a hotel room that we did not bring one with us. The hot tub and pool were both on the small side of things.

"Beware of bed heights— all platform beds here!"

Staff, cleanliness

Do not put the new lower style platform beds in the handicapped rooms! Was a nightmare traveling with elderly folks who almost fell several time trying to get out of the beds! What a terrible idea and should be disclosed to the bed styles here.
