AC Hotel Gran Canaria by Marriott

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Auch das Cruiseterminal ist in der Nähe.

Das Hotelgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster und Balkontür waren undicht.,3in unserem Zimmer gab es sehr viel Zugluft.

La cama grande de la habitación. Personal muy amable.

No había habitación real de Lounge Bar, era una sala combinada para desayunos y demás comidas que debías abandonar en esos horarios. La piscina estaba en el piso 25 pero el ascensor solo llegaba hasta el 23. Las almohadas eran como galletas de gruesas, horrible para la espalda. Podría seguir, pero simplemente es un hotel viejo que usa el nombre Marriott para cobrarte más por todo.

Cogí una habitación de PMR. Los dos la necesitamos. Nos quedamos sin piscina. A las dos últimas solo había escaleras. No está adaptado para PMR. .

Balkontür schloss nicht richtig und war undicht

We arrived at hotel as our flights had been cancelled so no idea where we would stay however on arrival very welcoming and very helpful locating us on a lower lever 8 as I don’t use lifts plus as breakfast is in restaurant At top of hotel the reception had it delivered to our room excellent customer service from what had been a very traumatic day . Well done to all the team

Decent city style hotel in good location being a 5 min walk from both the seafront and harbour Good sized bedroom albeit with fittings somewhat tired. Good side views of both the sea front and harbour from balcony although it had no furniture. Good views from rooftop pool Helpful reception staff

Fittings a bit tired Lighting in bedroom poor for reading when dark Cheap small glass cups and limited hot drink supplies in bedroom Roof top pool has diesel fumes and only around 25 sunbeds Noisy sliding glass to open en-suite
