"Good"

Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Very tasty.

Very tired room furniture, ripper top of back rests on the chairs. Floor panels worn out. Balcony door not closing properly, whistling when windy. Bath not draining properly. Toilet wouldn't flush unless one held the button down.

"Wegen des Lärms nicht erholsam."

Sehr viel frisches Obst und reichlich Auswahl. Personal sehr aufmerksam .

Der Balkon war wegen des Jahrmarktes und Karnevalfeiern auf Grund der Lärmbelästigung trotz 10 Stock nicht benutzbar. Darauf hätte für die Reisezeit hingewiesen werden müssen . Nutzung des Pools erst ab 12 Uhr viel zu spät.

"Don't go to the AC Hotel Gran Canaria"

I left a day early and sacrificed points because I did not like the area. It was a bit outdated but was only a couple days. Salvador at the front desk was very sweet. I let him know about the ice bucket and he helped me out the door. After I left I received a message from him to call. I did but he was not in and talked with someone. They said I left something in the safe - which I quickly panicked and remembered it was my American cash and car keys. I asked how to have those sent and he said email the description and they would respond. I received an email but it wasn't about my items - it was about the damage that happened to the table. I referred to the ice bucket that had the leak and pictures I took before. They said I would have to pay the $400. I asked about my items. I was there January 22-25. Their correspondence is delayed, they will not send me a picture of my items (someone probably spent the money), and claim the table was brand new. You can see in the pictures I took - the table was absolutely not brand new, there was wear on it and the ice bucket leak was their issue. Can someone please tell me 1) how is this my fault and expected to pay for 2) why would they not send me a picture of my items 3) why is it taking this long (getting close to a month) to resolve an issue. I have stayed at Marriott hotels for a long time and this is the worse experience. I have also emailed Marriott twice (no response except they started a case) and talked to someone on the phone. She was very nice but couldn't do much to help and basically agreed that they were keeping my things until they got their money. I am just so disgusted and trying to figure out how to resolve this but of course who cares. Plus I came back with a horrible bite on my leg. I felt it happen in bed and I still have a small circle on my leg. What a bad experience - never going back to Gran Canaria.

Amplasarea aproape de parcul Santa Catalina unde s-au tinut spetacolele carnavalului, de plaja Las Canteras, de centrul comercial El Muelle, salteaua, pernele si lenjeria de pat

Camera era de hotel de 2 stele, parchet distrus, tapet patat. La restaurant parchetul distrus, micul dejun foarte sarac si de proasta calitate, omleta arata ca o coaja, nu aveau oua prajite, nu au salam, ci doar jamon si o sunca, nu au legume proaspete, masline, lipsa cesti pentru cafea, cu greu am gasit pe la alte mese cesti nefolosite, totusi aveau pahare de carton
