The majority of the staff were helpful and pleasant, though not all, and the rooms were clean.

In spite of advertising swimming pool facilities, they were inexistent, there is a problem with the pool which means it is unavailable. When we requested a second key to our room it was denied, we were told we could leave the key at the reception desk. There were power cuts one day, so the staff disabled the lifts. The wifi didn't work, according to the receptionist my ipad was old, but the following day at a different location it worked perfectly.
